2019 Pinot Gris
Light pale straw appearance indicates this wine is going to be fresh and crisp to drink. Notes of lemon, green apple and honeysuckle on the nose transition to a zesty palate with saline like minerality (i.e. very moreish). Made specifically to preserve the primary fruit flavours of the grapes, its an early-drinking style best-served ice cold. Alcohol 12.3%
2019 Sauvignon Blanc
Aromas of pineapple, passionfruit and white peach on the nose, the palate fills out to include light herbaceous characters and racy acidity which finishes crisp and refreshing. An uncomplicated style suited for drinking well chilled. Alcohol 12.3%
2018 Shiraz
Dark and brooding in the glass, this wine presents as typical of Shiraz from the McLaren Vale region. Lots of spicy red and blue fruits on the nose, rich and supple texture on the palate and a long persistent finish. The style has been crafted for early drinking, hence minimal oak use and softer tannins. Alcohol – 14.2%
